Agreed on that to a point.

There is a sweet spot of pushing villagers to get them not to do that again.

That’s where I generally don’t feel guilty if they flip town but if I realize they are I will try to swap the wagon.

Or if I have enough information to find scum on it I will try to save them.

Mainly I can’t intentionally lynch a townread for site meta but I just loosen my standards of what it takes to lynch them

Yeah this confirms my thoughts that you need to be flexible with your play style as an optimal solution

It’s still bad play to be wolfy as a villager. Play in a vacuum where meta reads are weaker and a wolfy villager that would be meta-cleared here would get mislynched more often than not.

That there are expections when it comes to popular reads? Well Thats expected

So then you haven’t played with me on other sites? Damn will have to rectify that.

Afraid not. Alice told me you’ve played on MafiaScum and I’ve played there for a while, but I don’t think I’ve ever played with you.

Well they can always reference to their past games about this

I find this stupid and lazy

Indeed.

Yeah one of these days we need to get the three of us (you me and Alice) in a chat. I think it’d be awesome.

How do you think a player like Baz could improve?

He has downright the most accurate reads as town.
If your reads are accurate and you don’t want to end up bussing your whole team every game, is there anything else you can do to improve?

Self-meta won’t fly offsite.

As I said before, this site relies far too much on meta reads when compared to other sites.

Tbh the stuff I read on other site a lot of people do use self meta to a moderate extent

Hjasik, playing intentionally wolfy as town because it’s their town meta… is still a clear case of throwing.

Agreed

Self meta as I have said is bad.

Everyone does it from time to time but it shouldn’t be the support of why you’re town.

It’s impossible for reads to be always 100% accurate.

Even some of the strongest players on MU like Apoc and ladd get shit wrong from time to time.

It’s a small extent but not the primary support

There are different ways of wolfhunting, but I Dont see Why someone Who does something as both aligments would be Wolfy for it if they have said about it

If it’s their townmeta then it’s towny for them not wolfy

Of course not, but how do you improve your wolfplay sans bussing when you’re known as a generally accurate player?

Is there an equilibrium where your EV being better as one alignment is just unavoidable?
