In any case, since people are already pushing on you, I’d like to see if you have any reads. It may be D1, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t info to be gained from what they’re posting. If you can’t put together a full readlist, that’s fine, but is there anyone who seems particularly scummy/towny to you?
Anyone who does reads D1 and determines that someone is 95% or so more likely to be evil than someone else for an arbitrary reasons sems sus.
Yes but in that game I had the full plan to claim Knight and funnily enough the class I am right now.

Frankly, Jake’s behavior right now doesn’t strike me as town-aligned. I just ISO’d him and he randomly accuses someone of being scum with literally no explanation or follow up, randomly accuses the king of being the Scorned, and then spends several posts saying that there’s no way of possibly getting information from D1 reads and demands to know people’s roles. Again, I’m new enough that my reads are likely to be unreliable, but I’m definitely demoting Jake from a nullread to likely scum. Has anyone here played with him before that might know better?

No. It was just in that game it was my plan. I did not state I would claim it in future games.

But for real, if scum gives misleading reads D1, but people believe them, that’s the seeds to destruction. Which is why I don’t like D1 scumreading. Wait until like D2

Sure, but D1 reads can literally gamesolve. You occ/jail/invest the right person, its a quick game.
You convert the right person who planted the seeds of trust, and your foundation crumbles like sand.
That’s how you find the likely convert: Who was likely on to the bad guys but didn’t die…who hard claimed and lived…who is acting differently. You don’t just stop D1 gamesolving because you are afraid of making a townlead into a convert.
Change Wazza on my checklist for now with Jake and bump him to 2nd.
