You have no reason not to reveal your N2 action when you’re told to. However your fool slot made lot of sense regarding your previous day behavior.

So, say you are actually Knight, assuming it’s an Unseen game, which is likely.
SirDerpsAlot will die because of Possessed.
I will be HH’d, so I wouldn’t be able to convert if I were the MM, and I’d die if I were the Assassin.
If Katze is fake, Marshal will bleed out.
Otherwise, Squid will be the lynch.
Kai jails and executes me, and then (assuming Squid/Katze are the MM) all you have to do is find the convert. Otherwise game would end with me being jailexe’d.

So, even if we execute you, and you are somehow town, a scum win is very unlikely.
