If Sam is scum, Then King doesn’t die and we kill sam.
If Sam is BD, then king dies and sam lives (unless king is good, but I don’t think so)
If Sam is neut, then king might still die.

In a world where Sam is groupscum, they are the jail target until we find their scumbuds, as it allows us to prevent the evils from killing. In a world where sam is NK, they might still be the jail target, giving us 1 less KPN to deal with groupscum. The only world that’s bad for a sam jail is one where sam is NNK (in which case we see 2(/3?) KPN, and the king dies.
