katze honestly I see Kyle’s vote as a way to try and lynch Marshal as quickly as possible. Maybe he might’ve done it so Napoleon would take off his vote and seem like he is trying to be townie.

Another idea is that Kyle is putting pressure on both Marshal and Napoleon. Like he is voting Marshal to further incriminate Napoleon whilst trying to get Marshal lynched ASAP. But this only works if Napoleon is town
