While keeping a natural tone as mafia is difficult, it’s also hard to get everyone to engage in D1 in a meaningful way. The 12 hour mark would be way too little for us to catch a potential scum slip simply due to the fact that even though we were going with the whole cult game, we were still mainly fooling around

Marshal trys a rt where he baits peoples reactions by claiming an invest of a 50% faction. Full knowing if wrong and they out it before him thats outs a invest as potential kill or convert option. Just so he and he alone at first and later others can see if people slipped. After not notcing any and 11 people entering thread including himself he doesnt end the rt why, as he would rather wait til half the day is over, since that wont mess people up. Yes 12 hours when prince could be asleep or gone during that time, or people who live in parts of the planet where they are asleep at that part of day. Its just a big dumb move. So doing this as scum baits invests, while doing this as town solves something IF someone slips for TMI on a faction. SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS ALMOST NEVER. It just such a hairbrain scheme that makes me outstandishly mad for no reason. Overall it has either baiting assassin looks, a dumb town look that just put town in a bad situation as the obvious thing happened especially when it comes to him the guy known for rts, or just a neut causing chaos.
Right now, Im all for prince jailing him, cause right now his game has been minus EV
It still doesn’t discount the whole issue that this RT could’ve been damaging to town as we could’ve gotten nothing done in D1 as we would’ve lost a large portion of the day and could increase your chances of being read as scum.

One of the potential drawbacks is a player could’ve thrown out a really “out-of-there” idea and can be seen as TMI. In this case we would have a perfect target for mafia in terms of lynching.
