Everyone here is all about meta. You start doing wall posts and they’ll start expecting those. Don’t set a precedent
Wallposts are NAI by themselves. Their content is also typically NAI. The way they are written can be AI.
I’m saying the content of a wallpost is NAI because a good wolf can easily write a convincing argument for why someone is V/W, or a readlist. However, the wording they will use and sometimes the small arguments will differ from V-perspective wording and arguments. I can’t really explain it without drawing a comparison, and I haven’t recently seen good V wall vs W wall examples.
Good wall imo is when the process is transparent and not just an essay on why something is true.
Apparently I’m ok at mimicking the process, but wow can I not create it on my own
Well Emilia from a mech POV was the best convert(strong convert for cult and unseen, and gets rid of a class that you wouldn’t really dare convert or kill anyways)
So she was on my radar
And then when I said I was hunter and she went
Kinda felt like annoyed Emilia
And then also the activity drop

Alright, I don’t have too much time to play right now, and I won’t be present at EoD.
I hardclaim cop with a condition (it’s not really relevant) and I have a RED peek on Firekitten/katze .
I checked them as I was leaning scum on them, but wasn’t too sure and feared it could be difficult to pin FK down later on if he’s really mafia. I pretended to not have any peeks and pressured the slot for a bit to make them speak more, which I guess succeeded, albeit the usefulness of FK’s spew today might be somewhat dubious.
FK’s initial play this game boils down to trying very hard to discredit Marshal both yesterday AND today, which makes Marshal pretty much locktown (and it’s not difficult to see why FK’s scum mindset was preoccupied with things like possible neutral killers).
After he broke his post restriction (I suspect it’s real btw, as I really don’t believe FK would create an excuse for himself to post less), he is just pretty much going without any actual direction whatsoever in this game, as he tries to make an appearances of pushing/testing people only to abandon them minute after without conclusion or follow up.
Katze clearly showed that he had no consistent thoughts about Marshal today, since his explanation about trying to test people about his theories makes not a lick of sense. And he became more focused on fluff and defending himself today, which I think was probably due to FK coaching him (I think it’d be kinda hilarious if FK told the absolute truth when he spoke he is a control freak as scum).
My thoughts as to most likely other mafia:
I think if we look on Nerbins’ wagon, Maxwell is much more likely to flip scum. Not only he failed to produce any meaningful content whatsoever, despite talking about his role a great deal (which proves he is in fact visiting thread from time to time), but one moment I especially hated was how he popped in 1.5 hours after his last post only to point out how Alice slanked in one of her wolf games. This reads to me like very weak attempt at shading and honestly bafflingly shallow conclusion for a person who supposedly spent 12 hours researching Alice’s meta (as I do know as fact that Alice’s activity levels are NAI). Overall this post and several others ping me, as Maxwell seems to struggle entering the thread comfortably (and his role being only possible foothold for him).
As for Jake: well, I don’t believe Jake/Maxwell are very realistic as w/w (and honestly, D1 wagons would be just hilarious if so), but the fact that he openly admitted to just posting isos for townreads kinda reminds me of his silly plays in Marson game (the dude seems to have a really warped perception of how he should play as a villager, to be honest). The fact that those responses were prompted by FK also makes me think they are unlikely w/w, but that’s not as strong of a point.
Another person who I think has high wolf equity is Mercenary (whom I’m reevaluating now). I agree with the fact that their read list is bizzare, and I’ve noticed that recently they do seem to slip into their scum way of playing by shading and attacking people left and right: Marshal is shaded even though she admits he is not mafia, Vulgard is shaded for shallow reason, Luxy is shaded/discredited, and claims of Vulgard/Luxy being a coordinated push doesn’t really feel like a real thought. Overall I think Mercenary has been trending down significantly lately.
I do agree that we should take a closer look at DatBird if Mercenary is indeed scum.
From katze’s ISO and his hedgy shading on Kai’s slot D1, I think Kai is slightly more likely to be town fwiw. But eh, I’m kinda lazy to do much of a detailed analysis of it now, in relation to other people.

Among the most recent things I’ve taken into account: his reaction test (bad vote on me). I think if hollow is scum, then he’s already positioned in the golden spot in the thread (not strongest TR, but not in PoE really), and he’s posting well. If he’s a wolf, why make a strange play and risk that it would look forced/awkward/fake? I don’t see much of a compelling reason there.
levina’s way of handling HK is a good look for him, which was talked about, and probably stands.P#48 - slightly like, as it seems like coming from a villager perspective (but this is on weak side)
Now I’ll just be honest from how I perceive things: I didn’t really like HK’s rationale when he compares Pepperoni’s play to Marluxion’s play, because I’m not sure by itself I see enough to conclude it’s an attempt to solve Pepperoni’s alignment and not an excuse. He then proceeded to immediately unvote him after Pepper admitted to a test of sorts, but there was some kind of suddeness to it (like lighting flash and the whole thing is over on HK part) that might be giving me strange vibes? Like HK was happy he could bury the whole thing (might not be entirely AI though).
On tonal level I think he was somewhat villagery with his argument with Pepper.P#108 - they talk about levina. Seems decent, and not entirely one-sided read (there is some complexity), I think it’s fine.
P#127 - continuation of that, albeit this one in particular I can’t proclaim as something that couldn’t be distancy to be honest.
P#134 - I liked back then the fact that HK wondered why he himself wasn’t pushed (before I knew levina’s alignment). This seems unusual argument to make about your buddy, if HK is scum, then why does he say that, to lampshade levina’s unwilingness to address HK? (well, we do know that at some point levina did address him).
Kinda wondering if HK would talk about their buddy so much compared to other people.
P#135 - says that levina is sus, but should get more time. Damn, it’s stuff like this that prevents me from being too confident on the stuff I find to be good. I’m getting upset actually (I actually was prepared to bias myself and see HK townie in everything, huh).
I’d lean as inconclusive with very very slightly on villagery side based on that stuff alone.P#293 - HK says it took him some time to find Pepperoni town, but I again remember it looked like a very sudden change? @hollowkatt I actually would like you to clarify that concern.
A lot of stuff about previous games and about mafia theory and stuff. A lot. Eh…
P#507 - not sure I like it either… A lot of things in this post don’t relate to Timuru specifically, they are connected to “well wolves do that”, more general theories…
I could totally see this as an attempt to keep heat on a Timuru mislynch when a townie is in doubt. Did HK actually try to consider Timuru’s alignment based on these concerns? I can’t say I’m convinced he did…The way he changed his vote to Wisdom after being seemingly so certain on Timuru is actually odd. Like, that bussing discussions on D1 don’t truly make sense to me, why would he go for an active player who was voting someone HK strongly scumread?
@hollowkatt Please help me with these problems as well. Why did your doubts on Wisdom turned so quickly? (Note: vote brought Timuru/Wisdom/Underking to 3-2-2, a wolf wouldn’t have a problem voting like that).
D2 I see a lot of HK’s stuff is agreeing with people and writing stuff based on other posts as their foundation, which I’m not sure is good.
P#720 - the theory of levina purposefuly doing things to make HK look bad on their flip seems weird, especially since many people thought levina flip looked good on HK. Why does HK think it looks bad or why is he even talking about it if he knows he’s town anyway?
I’m getting strange vibes, like are those actually thoughts that a villager would be concerned with?My headache is getting worse, and it’s difficult for me to read further.
The whole reaction test thing is so strange if HK is scum still.
Conclusion: I’m afraid to say that, but HK might be a wolf (more precisely, I can’t put him out of PoE). At the very least, based on individual ISO alone, I can’t in good conscience say he is certainly town.
I was prepared to see a clear villager when I started his ISO, but I’m having concerns. Sure, there are multiple points that give me pause on this.I would want to know more about hollowkat’s scum play.
Spot 10 differences.
One of them is on a different site
Unlike Vulgard, I don’t care about my wolf game. So feel free to use this as tip to read me and whatnot.

Also the player’s being read.
Uhm… in the second wall you refer to specific posts.
And in the second wall you talk about what’s both townie and scummy for them, while in the first wall you don’t.
It’s not a great example though since the first is about multiple players (and includes someone you “redchecked”). + You said you didn’t have a lot of time in the first wall.
I actually discussed every player in that game, but it would’ve been way too long of a wall to copy everything, heh. (the amount of WiM and volume itself is AI for me, btw)
Nah, the fact that I was going post by post is already an important difference. I’d probably die if I wanted to imitate that post as a wolf. And that’s because I was legitimately looking at things I could infer alignment from during writing the second post. During writing the first post, I was thinking of ways to paint FK bad and was looking for stuff that could serve that purpose. So going post by post would’ve made making a case against FK very inconvenient (because it would be harder to write a post that way and still cherry-pick)
I said didn’t have a lot of time because I was a wolf, I wouldn’t give a shitty excuse like that as villa. It was absolutely AI as well.
Redcheck is irrelevant because if I didn’t claim the check and wanted to push Firekitten anyway, I’d probably have posted exactly same thing. I had TMI on FK regardless of whether I claimed check or not.
Obv I’m not saying all my walls as villa would follow the same pattern I posted. But I think it’s interesting (for me at least) how I approach stuff differently as different alignments.
(so yeah, it’s mostly in self-interest rather than to help Vulgard here, and probably doesn’t apply to most people even. But I do believe that one of posts I quoted is pretty damn villagery, while the other is absolutely not).
This post is too long.
Just ignore it.
It’s already too late for that.
nah its good dw
I’m still baffled at how I managed to win mafia academy.
