there is nonzero chance that scum missed the convert last night

for instance if they went for me and I was protected by Ami, or if one of the townie people is a hidden neut, or whatever

I’m mostly not convert-hunting today so I’m not going to worry too hard about it but I’d like to avoid an FoL 24-type situation where we assume on D3 that the convert can’t have happened N2
