And I was legitimately angry as Emilia for doing that because if she is town at that point, she’s throwing. Even as Cult that’s a technical throw but at least I can see that’s coming from a place of frustration and hopelessness. We were LITERALLY about to win, just claim.

At that point in the game, with an outted prince…there’s no need to hide your claim. It doesn’t make you look town, it just frustrates the rest of town because there’s no proof of you being town. Mechnics are valued higher than reads.

At that point, you weren’t checked or anything so you can claim whatever. You could bs stuff and try to pass it off, but not claiming is worse.
