I mostly agree, how I do not discount the influence of whatever lawyery thing they’re doing rn outside of FM

You’d have to not be aware of how you sound to come from scum. Its painfully obvious. Universal didn’t backtrack or disappear, he kept answering the same way like he didn’t care how it looked.
Its not even like I’m defending him, just making an observation. I found his responses in ToSFM a lot weirder and guess what he flipped?

Its such a common RT. “Hurr durr why are you scum?” “Hurr durr who are your scum partners?” If someone isn’t aware that the proper response is “I’m not” and “Again, I’m not scum”…they are either blissfully unaware of how to play scum or are new.
Since Universal is neither, that’s more of a town look than scum.
Scum would change their answer because they’d second guess the response they’d get. “Did I just accidentally reveal myself? Should I have given another answer?” I think Universal is aware that “no” is the right answer.
Universal actually played a very good scum game in ToSFM. I find it hard to believe he’s scum with such a memey response.

Usually people as scum dont memorize all reads this is Why common reads like sheeping, omgus And stuff like that are still used And they still do work
That’d show lack or self awareness if they immideatly switched their answer after being scumread though not necessaraly towny
If by strong you mean they did Good that game it doesnt mean that certain reads wont work on them
