I think Katze was an NK kill. She was totally mislynchable if you were groupscum, based on her lackluster content and the fact her meta is almost indistinguishable between alignments unless she has voting patterns you’re able to analyze. I don’t think groupscum would aim there.

Or they couldn’t kill, which would implicate Possessed. Either way, I think the most likely scenario is that we’re in a Cult game and NK yeeted Katze.

Half of the available NKs have bypassing methods. Maybe it was Demon fishing for investigators visiting Katze.

Not sure if it was defiled, but I think that Chloe has proven through a cryptic sister code that katze’s flip was real? So the killer was probably a bypass from the NK fmpov, and a protective dodge / investigative fishing if the NK is exactly Demon, which might be the case IMO.

There’s no way both groupscum and NK attacked katze. From the POV of groupscum, there’s completely 0 reason to kill katze last night unless you were dodging protectives, and even then. Katze… didn’t really do anything, wasn’t exactly townread, and was also mislynchable coming into day 2. You don’t kill targets like these when you’re wolfing.
