[FoL] Forum of Lies 27 - 10 day FoL (2/18) - Blue Dragon win

Are you prepared to die for the sake of BD?

How does a Reaper Day Occ?
Only MM does that.

What if it was the Dose ability? Does it activate even after MM dies?

Arbalist?
What’s that?

A role.

I want to be sure of our lynch/jail. Otherwise fine.

We’ve lynched three girls in a row.
Just a minor observation that means nothing.

…tfw when you’re such a fool, that nobody responds to you.

–ahem! @Chloe, if you are BD, then BD can still win even after you die. We just gotta sort out the Dat & Snake mess, and we’ll end the game.

So let me ask you again: Are you prepared to die for the sake of BD?

Yes

Welp. In that case I will try to make end this mess as swift as possible… by letting others figure out what’s going on.

Chloe has been executed. She was:

The Reaper :shield: :fire:

Neutral Killer
Consume Soul (Passive) - If you die at night with at least one soul, you will consume it and come back to life. (Does not work if executed by The Prince) You start with two souls. You will gain one soul on a successful reap. You are aware of the number of souls you hold.
Icy Touch (Day) - Choose to do a number of the following actions to target player. You will consume a soul for each action chosen. Occupy target player this day. Occupy target player this night. Cancel target player’s vote for the rest of the day. - Infinite uses :crown:
Reap (Night) - Reap the soul of a player, killing them bypassing healing and occupying them. - Infinite uses :crown:
Gather Darkness (Night) - Use Reap on target player. In addition, choose to do a number of the following modifications. You will consume a soul for each modification chosen. Bypass death immunity or you are occupy/redirection immune for this night. - Infinite uses :crown:
Your objective is to defeat the Blue Dragon, and the Unseen or Cult.

Oh here are my NK logs:
n1 - Reap Italy (fuckin occupied AAHHHH) | 2 Souls
n2 - Reap Derps - attacked | 2 Souls
d3 - Icy Touch Alice - Day Occupation - Tried to stop distract on Prince (fuck MM) | 1 Soul - this was not the play
n3 - Reap Wazza (HM is scary - bear is a joke) | 2 Souls
n4 - Empower Reap Italy - Bypass DI - Occupied | 1 soul - I lost. gg

Nice Dose & Logs btw. Let’s hope loss of KP doesn’t fuck you out of a win too

Also Vul… pretty sure I don’t win in final 4 if I have 1 soul & Prince is alive. Cards are stacked against me. But I hella woulda won without mechanical bullshit ): damn

I night occupied Dat before I died. Good luck, Unseen - you got this (maybe)

Night 5 begins and will end in 24 hours, at 2020-04-18T19:16:00Z. Please submit all night actions by 1 hour before the end of the night.

Flavor coming at some point before EoN

Day 5 execution flavor

“There’s a message for you, miss,” said a herald, walking past Amelia’s desk in the morning and handing her a tiny sealed scroll of parchment. She furrowed her brow in confusion for a moment before taking it and reading it. In Jgoes’s square handwriting it read:

You are likely in danger. You may need to flee the castle at any time. Be prepared. If you need to leave, meet me by the statue I showed you on your first day.

Our friends will not kill you, but they are not the only danger in this castle.

Amelia nodded and tucked the piece of paper away in her garments. The day’s proceedings were starting, and she couldn’t be seen reading it for longer than absolutely necessary.

Amelia sat quietly and pondered the castle’s legends as the proceedings went on around her, barely paying enough attention to them to keep good notes. People said that the spirit of death haunted Adiart castle. The late King Gypyx’s firstborn son had died as an infant in the night, as had Gypyx’s older sister, her oldest brother, and every firstborn child of the monarchs going back as many generations as there were records of. Amelia half-suspected the legends were just that, stories people told themselves to explain what could easily have been illness or misfortune or in the worst case an assassination plot, but even so, in times like this, it was hard not to at least wonder whether the rumors were true.

She looked up at the sound of two members of the court in a shouting match with each other.

“You’re the Reaper!” shouted one, clenching his fists. “I don’t care if I have to die to prove it, but you are!”

The other one sighed, straightening her cloak. “No, I’m a Butler. I served the old King for many years. If anyone here is the Reaper, it’s you.”

“You say you served the King wine, but what you really served him was death!” shouted the first.

“That doesn’t even make sense,” said the second one. “Death isn’t something you drink. You’re shouting nonsense.” She turned towards the rest of the court. “Surely none of you are listening to him. His name is literally DryBones – doesn’t that sound like the name someone badly pretending at humanity would have?”

“I don’t know, Chloe,” said DatBird. “He doesn’t seem to be the most rational, but if I look objectively at what each of you are saying, what he’s saying happened lines up better with the facts.”

“Of course you would say that,” said Chloe. “In order to make sense of what happened, you would have to be a member of the Unseen conspiracy, and you aren’t going to admit to that.”

“I’m not going to admit to it because I’m not,” said DatBird.

The members of the court murmured among themselves, but a few of them seemed to be siding with DryBones.

Chloe strode towards the center of the room. “Very well, then,” she said. “So be it. But know that I will return to Adiart one day, more powerful than I am now; death cannot be defeated forever.”

She flicked her wrist and disappeared into a pile of ashes, underneath which lay a pale yellowish skeleton.

“We may not defeat death forever, but we’ve defeated it today,” murmured Amelia under her breath. “And any innocent we can save from its clutches is a victory.”

The sun rises once again over a quiet castle, as you awake to find that no one has died in the night!

Day 6 begins and will end at 2020-04-20T19:56:00Z, or earlier if a majority is reached for execution.
