You would either be wolf read for having TMI or people town read you for guessing wrong, but it’s something you could easily argue you way out of.

As scum you generally don’t want to draw attention you yourself being open about stuff is more town motivated.
It becomes a problem when that player is used to being scum which becomes a point of “well they know how to act townie as evil so they can go either way” it becomes a point were you’d have to study motivation behind everything they say.
Not really, getting reads going even if you aren’t confident in them isn’t a bad thing.
