Occupation is the most balanced, as that way everyone can still play the folllowing day.
Masochist should be removed.
Fool should be as well.
Opinion 3 didn’t tell much of difference for people that voted the fool will suffer the same thing of unable to vote for day while other players who may be scum or inactives will make free lynch.

My idea for King was to change King’s passive to not be lynched until D3 into a night ability called “above the law”. He could have 4 or maybe 5 uses of each ability. If he uses “above the law” it will be announced the next day you cannot hang the King today - but of course, that means he cannot guard.
That way King still has survivability but has to choose between being immune at night and being immune in the day so he is not literally guaranteed to survive for the part of the game where the winner is p much already decided imo.
I think we should give things a chance.
We haven’t tried the Fool changes yet, so we don’t know whether it will improve it or not
We also have never tried Masochist. Come on guys! Why not give it a trial period anyway?
It’s better to test things, try the changes and attempt to improve them rather than remove them.

I am open for new fool change to test out and if Masochist proved to be bad as it claimed then we start with new changes.

Which is why I’m trying to explain that it never hurts to try something new.

However, you haven’t seen Masochist tried in FoL and these fool changes haven’t been implemented yet, so you never know, it may improve.

Fool is a pain in the butt Imo. At least Masochist can play pro BD to win, or try and bait a knight or prince kill
I suggest we have masochist guaranteed in the next game and aftwerwards let’s have another poll and if the vast majority of the players still don’t like it just get rid of it.
That’s not an awful idea, but I still don’t understand why we’re even testing it at all. It’s not like an Unjester/Joker is a new concept.
However, if there is no Fool, I’ll take that tradeoff.

I think Option 3 is still very scum sided because voting is still mainly a BD thing.
If scum were to accidentally hang a Fool and be unable to vote the next day, they could have a very solid alibi as to why they were not voting up their scum partner. Maybe every now and then the scum team might lose out on mislynching somebody, but that feels unlikely. If a Fool is hanged early in the game, scum probably won’t have majority to end the game anyway. If a Fool is hanged near the end, it is possible that it could hurt scum more though.
The fact that some people will be disbarred from voting changes the Fool meta effect entirely. I would wager it will still tip the balance in scum’s favor as it takes a while for scum votes to actually matter AND they get this free “sorry I can’t vote for this scummy player (aka my partner)” card.
I just dislike the idea of only those who didn’t execute the Fool being able to vote
