The tricky thing about converts is weighing up WIFOM with long-term benefits.

Hereā€™s the thing.

Long term benefits beat WIFOM. For example, converting math a guy who can probably talk himself out of being mod revealed as scum is pretty good compared i others.

I think N1 convert would depend on whether or not we have Cult or Unseen.

Cult can at least afford to convert a perhaps weaker player at the start due to their multiply and conquer nature.
