I assumed it was one of monokuma tricks like the other 1 so I tried to not look at the body but as soon as the announcement went I knew someone died and pulled there body out

I went to opposite direction of Trash Room, towards the classrooms.

Secondly, despite Eevee is the Ultimate Thief - he didn’t keep your knife with him.

the knife no I went to check for it when I returned to the trash room but it was gone when I returned

So if I went there and I killed Icibalus in class room, I have to drag and leave blood trail behind towards Trash Room and past the gate itself, however I haven’t set foot on Trash Room until the body announcement since Monokuma said so.

And anybody would have spotted me.

Check the map and go from class rooms of school section to Trash Room - you have to go past the kitchen first.
