Your alibi should have spotted Alfa trying to get inside restroom, and sorry but I still think even fake knife can cause the victim to bleed - by pulling out the knife: So what I was going to say back there is ‘Indirect intention’, the one who put Ici in the incinerator didn’t want to finish Ici, they let someone take out the knife from the thigh to cause bleeding even worse.

So technically, you killed Ici by accident.
