For one thing this throws the green metal to the middle of the room And the fact that technically none of us can plan a murder that fast when all of us were recently seen in the times of the murder.

The killer is not one of us but is actually one of the bear’s minions. That would explain getting into the incinerator without Monokuma letting them in since they wouldn’t need permission, and would probably have his own key. It would also make us quickly turn against each other.

This minion of the bear attacked Ici and stabbed him with a coin blade which looked exactly like black’s cause a small minion bear would be hard to notice, which let me just say, how can someone human gather so many monocoins to the point where they have enough to make a blade in a short amount of time?

No one knew which dorm was burrito till he showed up dead. But the bear and possibly his minions would know which dorm was his. But while the minion was attacking Burrito he left something, a chunk of metal that looks like it was from a robot, which I can only assume this “minion” is a robot.
This would all explain why the majority of us has soundproof alibis and none of us could’ve committed the murders, that’s why we saw no one leave the trial room when Burrito was probably attacked! Because it wasn’t one of us. Is that right Monokuma?
It’s certainly possible. Rule #8 only states that Monokuma themselves will never murder a student, with no mention of minions/cubs having to follow the rule.
