There may be second kill stopped by either preventation, occupy or healed.
But let’s not make haste and execute the only suspect.

You obvious either misunderstood me or underestimate me.
If someone claims attacked but healed and there’s only 1 death, it confirms that they’re either not NK or Unseen. Therefore we have no need to suspect them

Here’s the thing though. They can be lying as well saying that they were attacked and healed, but in fact, they may have been attacked, but not healed
The healer can corrobate their story as I said before

Having Possessor, Shaman, Druid and Fool is quite a lot but then there’s no more Neutral claims to be taken.
