I think techwolves is the evil sheep
He knew PKR wasnt scum so he took his vote off of him early to make himself look good.

I think techwolves is scum too based in sheeping for no reason. BUT we have 3 phys claims. And At Least 1 of them have to be evil right (assuming there could be 2 phys claims). We should start with a hippo Lynch because he contributed to the town the least and is the most sus. And Noz could cs pug. Prince could jail Night to hold him. If Hippo is good.
