Fine by me, too bad my bounty didn’t work when Boss110 mentioned that Livicus got jailed.
Hippolytus could be also Warlock or Druid, no cult would ever claim themselves Paladin.
He can still vote at D2, so I think it’s safe to say he got MaximusPrime as target and then someone else.
But Warlock can use people to send actions to someone else too.
So care to help me in ISO people who couldn’t vote D2? It may have hit scum since no one mentioned being Ordered as second person.
Well apparently everyone voted at D2, so Hippo is scorned.
We do know now that MaximusPrime is target of his.
And since Scorned is unique, we wouldn’t encountering Warlock if he’s unique as well.

Dark Magics (Passive) - You appear as a member of the Unseen or Cult (depending on which is present in the game) to investigations.
As I mentioned it before, Warlock and Scorned are unique - I refuse to believe that both of them can coexist.
Hippo and MtheJoker claimed Paladin, but I am going to believe M over Hippo.
