I still donā€™t like the idea of a wild Alch bombing people like nobodyā€™s business. Itā€™s too harmful unless if they know that the target is scum

You could be assassin or something too, bleed doesnā€™t really prove anything and if you get to choose who you are ā€œbleedingā€ they could fake claim it. A lot of uncertainty will arise if you are allowed to live when you openly claimed an alchemist who killed a BD.
