If I was just pushing inactives I’d be apart of the gorta wagon or still voting wazza I’m pretty sure I have let those three go for now and just see them as wasteful slots.

Quite a buff for the Cult. Means we cannot solidly determine whether Unseen or Cult rolled based on the kill power sadly.
Also, I can confirm that Rune did claim before in the allies chat and said they were going to do what they did so no issues are there.
Rune cannot be the Mind Flayer, Possessor, Reaper or the Sorcerer. They can be the Demon if that is the NK.

Rune also cannot be any of the neutrals, these are Chancellor, Fool, Inquisitor, Mercenary, Missionary, Scorned, Sellsword if you wish to check them. As none of them have bleed capability.
The only way for them to be any of these classes are if they claimed a bleed made by scum. But I believe it would be very hard for them to do so as any neutral I have listed or NK
