You can’t vote the revenant even if you wanted to, Tardis.

From what I have understood the only way to kill the revenant the second time, is to kill the players that got their souls bound to the revenant. they are like the opposite of the reaper - still dangerous never the less.

Bound(Passive) - If your target is killed while your souls are still bound, you will cease to be
