First off, his swap from “not knowing what “omgus” is” to saying he wasn’t doing it is extremely unsettling.
Secondarily, if he really suspected me he could just poison me.
Thirdly, Cult wouldn’t even know if there was a Cult King, so that’s not an excuse to avoid claiming.
Fourthly, he continues to shield tardis for now, even though his claim gives him no reason to be doing that.
Fifthly, that fourth point really, really makes no sense.
Sixthly, his read on me is still unsubstantiated as far as I can tell. His points all contradict my own actions or common sense.
Seventhly, he has given no other reads, excepting grouping people with me (such as Mole). This poses a number of problems - as King, I can’t be buddies with anybody, so guilt by association doesn’t really work; as such a “good BD player” whose “reads saved the BD in FoL2”, having only me (with no real evidence to anything) seems unlikely; and he chooses to fluff rather than push. This is indicitive of Scum!PKR imo.
Either way, I wasn’t really reading him as scum until I started pushing, and he started deflecting and redirecting. With his self-proclaimed “silver tongue”, I could see him fake a claim to try and wriggle out of this one, especially since there is no role list. I’m not entirely against believing him, but my stance on him is unchanged - investigate him tonight please @Ami. I think this is the best action you can take, especially since any BD protective worth their salt will be on you.
Bad idea, please join me in voting tard. Give me a minute to type this up, but for the moment PKR’s claim has completely nullified any defense he will make on tardispaten’s behalf.
