Honestly I highly doubt Orange is Neutral, he is either BR or Cult. A Neutral would just keep his mouth shut and do what everyone else is doing, not disagreeing with everyone and pissing people off. A Neutral King would be sucking the butler off, not trying to annoy him.

So we will kill him and replace him with an actually decent leader aka Eevee.
Meaning we have no reason to vote Eevee then and we can instead vote for the serpent the following day.
Then vote Tardispaten afterwards if needed.
If Prince will execute Serpent, we might go for Tardis earlier.
If people play by my plans and follow a confirmed BD, then itāll work.
