he has to eliminate the neutrals.
atacking his teammates is the only way to do that.
therefore it’s not gamethrowing.
you could literally just sit in 1 of them and kill them off 1 by 1. And then when they kill the guy you were in you report them for gamethrowing.

Technicaly it’s possible to poison/attack the king and it’s not considered gamethrowing, cause in that situation it could help Unseen.
It’s not gamethrowing if action can help someone’s faction.
