Maybe we can get an exhume on Noz. If it was an NK, maybe it is one of the newer players who is an NK (if you believe in policy killing in the first place.)

A newer player wouldn’t PK-if we’re thinking along PK lines here I’d say Alchemist is a good bet. It might be a newer player NK but i don’t want to go to deep into the rabbit hole
