(No. We need to reinvent the combat system. We clearly can’t play the way we play there. Very well. It is clearly too early for all powerful sheilds and blinding speed.)

(also make rules saying we can’t have things that prevent others from attacking each other no matter what. I have my harden skin. you have your blinding speed. and Schultz has that sheild

Canon: Combat is combat for a reason. If any combat is just characters refusing to take damage because of pride or because the character so outclasses the other character, it will not be considered combat.
(the rule where we can’t kill each other still applies)
so how does combat work?
(right now yes. players are still coming in. So it won’t do to just kill their characters before they even develop. I think there should be a time limit for newcomers and newly raised where they are essentially immortal - they can still be injured and defeated but they won’t die.)
