Jesse grabs Indigo and pulls him out. And the hand along with it.
The lights flicker again.
Dio does feel a semblance of power coming back. Bring strength back to his limps.

Inigo removes the hand from his neck, it’s moving it’s fingers around
“What do we do with this this?”
“Fuck.”
“What was that!? When are the lights gonna turn back on… c’mon!”
Attempts to summon a will-o-wisp for light
Inigo activates Pure White Overdrive, which gives off a very faint light.
“Not as bright as I remember”
Idigo jumps back in shock as Jesse, blood pouring out of her mouth, falls over. She had been stabbed multiple times.
Inigo hits a wall when he jumps back too far
“Oh fuck! Um… Scientist man! Do you have anything to patch her wounds?”
There is a suddenly banging on the elvator doors as screams and howls fill the air! The door holds but those screams are awful to hear.
“Fuck fuck fuck fuck, I don’t know how to heal others. C’mon scientist man!”
Inigo then suddenly looks at the door, then he looks to Lanza
His overdrive is much brighter now, as it fills the elevator with a white light (not-sunlight) so everything can be seen clearly now by everyone
Wonders where the heck his willo wisp is at
“Scientist man, can you help me fix her?”
Inigo is trying to channel overdrive into Jesse, but is failing miserably.
