Kaden fires, this time aiming for the heart
Lucifer uses the ancient sword to stab the man’s other arm, around the elbow.
The shot pierces the armor, and the knight completely stops moving
“No please, stay here, we need all the help we can get.”
Eliza starts to panic with the Knight’s sword in her hands
Lucifer gets off and walks to Kaden angrily.
“Why did you kill him?! We could’ve gotten information from him!”
“A corpse is an object, right? I wonder if I can use my power on him.”
Eliza attempts to study the Knight’s corpse
No pulse anymore, seems like bleeding out and shot in the heart completely killed him
“We can’t be arguing right now, anyway… I think these knights have to be gaurding something.”
She can see visions of the boy’s childhood. Him at school and his other activities, nothing special really.
J: “. . .”
Jay turns his head away.
J: “It’s too late. Talk to her now, see what you can find out.”
“You’re telling me an FBI agent found it necessary to shoot a crawling man?!”
Lucifer sighs.
“Fine.” He goes and looks for any other living knights.
“Nothing in the rules against shooting a cripple if they’re endangering the life of a civillian or agent.”
