she takes the poster of the wall without properly looking and runs home
Peter turns around and starts walking, chatting during the walk
“Ah, Athena. A wise goddess.”
“Yes, I heard she’s also the Goddess of War, is that correct?”
“Whoa! Thanks a bunch! Glad you liked it!”
She receives the tip pretty happily.
Well. Her shift was over. Time to get to the usual coffee shop and have a little breakadoo there.
She starts keeping her lyre into the casing she brought.
“Strategy, actually. But quite close, you know your history, haha.”
“But it says on this card that she’s a fearsome foe in combat.”
Eliza shows Peter the card
Peter looks the card with great interest
“Fascinating… follow me…”
Eliza follows Peter and looks around amazed by the selection of books available.
For others it may seem like looking for a needle in a haystack, Peter immediately finds the book and hands it to Eliza
“Here, written by Archmaester Monkke the Smart. It tells you everything about Athena, and it may help you with that card”
Eliza stares at the book and suddenly knows everything about it
“Whoever this Monkke is must of went through a lot of adventures to get this book published.”
Peter nods
“His greatest one is chapter 5, “The curse of the squid” It will teach a fair bit about poison aswell.”
Confused on Peter’s comment, Eliza goes to a nearby table and starts reading the book
Shelia gets her lyre into the bag. After discussing the agenda the next day, she prepares to go out, to the coffee shop she so went every day.
As Eliza reads the book, she stops on a page that have her surprised
“What?! Athena can turn people into snake creatures?!”
The coffee shop is a coffee shop
As she reads the book, suddenly Peter appears.
Peter: “Enjoying the book…?”
Eliza gets startled by Peter’s sudden appearance
“Oh um yes. I am. Do I have the ability to turn people into snake monsters like Medusa?”
Ritika dances over to Lucifer to “refill” his drink
“Tell me. What drives you, what are your motivations…? I would have something for you and some other cardusers… if you’re interested, of course…”
