“Nope”
Jay comes out of the shadows.
J: nonchalantly “Nope, nothing. Wouldn’t it be faster if we split up though?”
“Have you never watched any movie ever?”
Jay shrugs.
J: smirking slightly “What, you scared?”
Eliza scouts the area for anything
“I have my eyes open.”
Lucifer replies: “It could be faster, let’s split up 3 to 2. Myself and Eliza, and the rest of you. We’ll head north, and you go south. Meet back here in 20 minutes. If any of us find the cave, stay there and the rest will follow your path.”
“If you want to go off and get stung by nettles and caught on barbed wire, be my guest, but I’d rather stay heading the same way where nothing bad seems to be happening”
J: exasperated “Please don’t stick me with that lady… Oh fuck it whatever. As long as we get it done.”
“I trust you enough to not get us into trouble.”
“So we’re all good with the plan then?”
J: “So you’ve worked together before then?”
“Well… it’s a long story.”
Eliza nods
J: “We have plenty of time, and it seems like we’re not splitting up so I’d love to hear it. Or is it too personal…”
Jay is dragging David with him.
“Alright, let’s split up then.”
Lucifer takes out his smartphone and finds the northern direction.
“We’re headed that way, Eliza,” he says, pointing to the north.
Lucifer looks back at Jay.
“And it’s best we spend that time finding an ancient magical cave instead of recounting a tale.”
J: To Natalie “oookay. Well you can go with them if you want. I’m heading in the opposite direction.”
“Well yeah, that’s the plan.”
Eliza follows Lucifer bringing her bike with her
They set off to the north and begin observing their surroundings.
