How does Mind Warp work on Observer results?

Also, what happens with Mind Warp on Princess? I’m guessing Will-O-Wisp would also show nothing but what about Flirt?

I think flirt shows killer/offensive. Personally I would make it move so K/O -> S/I -> S/S -> K/O
