you thought that you would push on eevee like that as a villager, but failed to consider that some aspects of that push were overtly in bad faith in a way that made your agenda obvious and ultimately contributed to you being lynched D1

From my inexperienced corner, I think thatā€™s actually a somewhat bad thing, because if Orange wasnā€™t lynched D1 it could be used to implicate you later in the game.

it was explicitly worded like that to distinguish between the world where they are jailed/hit jail and the world where they choose to no-kill

if they submit a kill then obviously they didnā€™t choose to submit a factional kill
