Just do this.

1: Scum have no factional kill
2: Pug DOES know his allies (why wouldn’t he? He needs vote so he doesn’t even care anyways)
3: Players vote people for Prime Minister every day. That person dies that night if they are not Pug or FK
4: After each election Pug can kill someone (or not) he may only do this once per game
5: If Firekitten is elected then town instantly wins. If Pug is elected then scum instantly win. You can vote self. If Firekitten dies then Scum win. If Firekitten is alone with Pug then Town wins
6: Game is flipless
