I think the best way to use that ability without claiming is to pick someone you think is scum, mark them, and try to get them executed

though to be fair Mist is also super ITAable

Mist has a meta where heā€™s usually useless as scum (it sometimes fails but in the direction of him being not useless as scum not in the direction of him being useless as town)

Well Iā€™ve rolled town every game since rejoining so I guess its possible for Mist to roll scum every game even though odds are better rolling town
