King investigating Mastermind bug

Mastermind “Does not appear as Unseen to all Investigative classes for the first 3 nights.” information have lost me few games now. King is special class (not investigative) and when you investigate mastermind in the first 3 days as a king it says Mastermind is Blue Dragon.

That’s not a bug.

Case closed.

?

What I think is that they need to be more informative though…

So new ppl didn’t start freaking out.

The wording is wrong, but the gameplay is correct

King is a special class.
However MM appears as not suspicious to Investigative classes
It would suggest that MM, being invested that early by a non-Invest class, would still appear as Unseen.

That’s bs. MM is detect immune, just traditionally, king didn’t have allies. In the shadows needs rewording.

It has been a long time though now that the King has ally checks, so if there was a mistake I could imagine it has been picked up.
However, I do agree that the wording is off.
There’s clearly more to it than all that it’s saying.
So thought I’d at least offer a reasonable deduction from the situation and compare it to the previous wording of the class card.

Nobody has raised it as an issue before. King has always seen MM as Blue dragon until night 4.

I wasn’t sure so still, thought to suggest something :stuck_out_tongue:
Has a King invested the MM before and can confirm this?

I’ve seen it happen

King does indeed see the Mastermind as BD if they are good. Same as neutral. The only exception would be the Evil King I believe (unless I’m wrong here…)

Was about to ask this question , does evil king see mm as bd or evil in first three ?

Also this is the reason I don’t check for allies nights 1 to 3 in unseen games .

Can confirm. I lost a game to this yesterday because I was MM and I claimed Alchemist but King said I was coming up BD and they killed me on the spot.

I thought I would come up as Not Suspicious, I didn’t know I should be claiming BD.

The ability needs to be clarified.
