if you have 4+ speed more than your opponent, you double them.
However, if you’re using a heavy weapon that has a higher weight than ur constitution, your speed is reduced by the difference.

Laters games its a matter of speed being like 5 higher. Pursuit gets cut for this feature and Adept becomes two attacks before your oppenent attacks once
