(your motivation section is mostly just backstory. sure, you’re loyal to Hel, but you don’t really have any motivation other than that. add on to that or have Hel give you some special assignments or something so you basically have Hel’s motivation, whatever that is. then try and add on to the story or cause some chaos.)

When all of you wake up, and look at the news;

S: Whenever these people gain these powers, they feel as if they’re above the law. Whatever these legends want with us, it’s not something good. This game threatens the very structure of our nation, and the entire world.

None of you hear the rest of the broadcast, as you see people marching outside of window in protest.
You see banners, like “down with the president, down with Rogers!,” “Powers devour,” and more.
Change is happening. And not in the smoothest way.

Gavan’s phone dings
“What’s new on the black market? A couple of new bounties have been put up. Looks like someone is hiring people to kill off Legacies in the NY area… Better watch my step then.”

“The second one is a single target assassination… For 10 million dollars!?! Who in the world could be worth… Oh. It’s the President’s son. Fuck.”
Rito resides with his Cult after finding no information from his investigation. He hears about protesters trying to harm the followers
“It appears the common folk are trying to kill us. We are just perfecting our great god’s plan of global domination. They must pay for standing in our way!”
“Wasn’t he just on the news with Francis? Where the fuck are his guards??”
hastily does some research
“…He was last seen at a candy shop, heading back to the government building? Great, I’ll be able to reach there sooner than him then. With all this chaos, it’s the perfect opportunity for someone to kill him.”
Gavan heads toward the government building
Laura follows. Looking around, seeing many different cars, most of them expensive. She shudders on the inside, but her calmness on the outside hides it.
Francis is off to his workshop.
His workshop is placed in a secluded place on the town; A concrete building besides what is a small warehouse.
Gavan waits for Samuel to arrive outside the skyscraper

Headed to the building, you notice several men in uniform standing guard at the entrance.
I cast an illusion over myself so they don’t notice me.
I then scan my surroundings.
The building is quite large, probably around 30 stories. It’s a mixed-use skyscraper, with residential, office, and even some retail space. The president and his family are said to reside on one of the top floors. The tower looks to be closed, likely due to recent events.
I cast an illusion over the guards, dulling their senses while I steal one of their keycards and replacing it with an illusion (i’m assuming they have them to open doors or activate the elevator or something).
Then i continue to wait for Samuel to arrive
You attempt to cast an illusion over all the guards, yet one of them is impervious to your magic. As you reach your hand into the pocket of a guard, it goes numb. You begin to feel drowsy as a tall man fixates his gaze upon you.
I jump back, sending an illusion of knife at him and blend in with the crowd/protestors

The tall guard begins to follow you through the crowd. He seems to know exactly where you are.
(extraordinary, he doesn’t even flinch)
I make my way into an alley with no people in it, yet making sure i still have plenty of escape routes. I wait for him to come to me
The guard seems to lose sight of you as you move into the alley. He returns to his post.
(Wonder who this guard is pledged to?)

i make my way back out and try to find Samuel
Making your way back out into the crowd, you notice someone being escorted into the tower. They’re surrounded by Secret Service, so the protesters make sure to keep their distance.
“Guards are on high alert, I’ll approach him some other time.”
I go back to my apartment and practice/study then
