Legends of Merathia (A D&D campaign)[Chapter Six: Manhunt]

Grimm takes Valder’s blade, tossing aside the Scimitar. “I won’t let your sacrifice go to waste, my friend.” wiping the tears from his eyes.

There is a main room that is not currently in use

“Why do you weep for the undead?”

On the handle of the sword is engraved “Marta”

we should find this Marta and return this blade to her.

Turning and pointing the longsword at Siegfried. “Please, stop. I wish to speak with you.” he says, out of breath from his fight with Valder.

Siegfried raises his hands

I…I don’t know what he was talking about

Graffi your not fooling anyone

or should I say Siegfried?

“I’ve done you a huge favor by slaying a mortal enemy of yours, no? The least you can do is confess. I won’t harm you.”

Rina goes into that room, put on her costume, and disguise herself. It’s a bit messy. She hides her lute and takes out her flute.

[Disguise=14]

Siegfried: I don’t know anyone called Siegfried

Disguised properly, Rina goes to the Mayor Office and enters.

(I’m gonna roll insight on that one)

(4, a nat 1)

“He seems perfectly honest to me.”

Siegfried: Clearly he had me confused with someone else

Val knowing she can’t do much lets it go

Very well

Rina is in the Mayor’s Office

“…”

She glares intently at the desk.

Grimm turns, back to Siegfried. But before he walks away he asks “Marta. Who is she? That’s all I wish to know.”
