Honestly, I think Fool should just remove 1 use from limited use abilities from BD.

It neuters Alchemist too for instance. Evils should not be punished for actively mislynching others.

I mean do we want Fool to be deleted Neutral Chaotic (Like Pretender and Inquisitor)? Or Neutral Evil (Like Scorned and Sellsword)?

Depends. Since the passive can now be used strategically it depends on if the lynch was intentional for a purpose or not. It usually isn’t of course, but it could technically be a tactic.

I think the conclusion from this thread shouldn’t be that “Fool is a neutral chaos, so it is fine like it is”, but it should be that NOW Fool disproportionally punishes certain classes (mostly scum classes) a whole lot more than BD. 2-for-1, poison/bleeding, cult abilities or every single Alchemist skill being gone is going to hurt a lot more than having 1 less Happy Hour.

The whole shift in losing charges from limited use abilities after executing Fool is one in the wrong direction when certain classes have more power in their limited use abilities than others and the distribution of those is imbalanced faction wise.

I like your suggestion Sol about limiting the penalty to BD only. After all, what is the main faction the fool’s existence is trying to hinder? It’s not evils, that’s for sure

I like Neutral Chaotics though. :smiley: I’d prefer it if Fool would head in that direction.

There was a suggestion on Discord for an april fool’s change to king

Give him 9 different spawns based on the alignment chart :^)

That makes it too anti-BD though. Fool is a neutral, not NE. There should be more true neutrals(NEs are fine, but true neutrals should be prioritized)

Make it so more BD have limited abilities then.
