they can vote but should to the best of their ability try to avoid looking at who voted for who

(obviously there might be issues since I think it auto-shows when you vote? but like, try to not look at them)

also this should be obvious but don’t vote multiple times with alts

I can see who voted, if you use an alt to vote multiple times then none of your votes will be counted and you will be disqualified if you were nominated

(this hasn’t been an issue, to be clear, I just figured I should clarify)

actually i could probably see an argument for having mods vote on alts so they don’t get shown the results automagically but it doesn’t really solve any problems so shrugze
