Eh, If we are being technical yes. I think as a host though you have an reasonable expectation to outline the ways that town can lose a game.

I mean that’s technically true
but I also think that ‘at some point during the game, half of the game will have said something useful about their general category of role, flavor name, or abilities’ should not be an unexpected occurrence
