I think this one is themed around references to Magicā€™s past? The reprints would indicate such, after all, and this one has a very classic feel in how strong itsā€™ cards are.

I think 4feri is powerful purely because of the versatility of an instant-speed planeswalker and the ability to uptick quickly but he will not be as obnoxious as 3feri or Hero of Dominaria

because like
being able to phase stuff is a versatile ability, but 4feri can just delay threats by a turn rather than sapping mana or delaying it for longer like Hero or 3feri did
that -10 is game-winning though

Iā€™m mostly concerned about the fact that a precedent for instant-speed planeswalkers now exists.

They are going to release something broken with that ability eventually.

The new Teferi seems fine. Good, but not overpowered.

I just fear for the future.
