I agree with everything but the second contract. Mercenaries would bus their first targets.

He would only be confirmed to his target though. That’s not impossible to fake claim, just harder. And mercenaries should be confirmed to their target.

TBH everything is claimable

Even king as a non king. You can get a prince executed as a non prince by CC’ing if they aren’t smart
