Also to corroborate my claim about the fact that if there was a game which involved death, that I would join. Dat, you remember when I was giving recommendations that I expressed about a game which did events well?

The first event, I joined. It was a lie but the host said that 1 person would die. I got to the bottom 2 in the event and willingly sacrificed myself for the other person. In the end, I didn’t die, but what did happen was that I was unable to target the winner of the event.

I liked Ici to begin with, would need to read more but I think Ici is quite a clear cut person.
I’m surprised that people would be debating on that slot since it’s usually clear which faction Ici is.

Reminder this is huge, but remember this is like joat 9 or any of the other games where scum can easily claim these unlesss the cards have an IC like effect, so be prepared for someone to inevitably claim it, now what Im saying is to not 100% trust it, but semi trust it. Where u at least take them away from main lynch but dont cc it. That was the thing i learned the most from joat 9.

Also lets keep this like insurgency (as only two people claimed, one with 60 other flavor claims, and one that was a wolf) and lets not flavorclaim as much as possible, in mashes there are inevitably anticlaim/flavorclaim, so lets keep that to a minimum knowing wether player is JakeTheWolfie or not is not gonna clear ya.

Dammit, I deleted the post I was writing to post this and I forgot to copypaste it. I’m also stealing this from Arete, it works as a tonal device for trying to get my thoughts across.

Basically, Dat’s posts have improved significantly from his opening, and just feel a lot more comfortable than they normally do. It’s not that wallposts from him are wolfy, but rather than Dat’s wallposts tend to be rather rambly and disjointed, and while that initial one certainly was I think I can chalk that up to stress, something that Dat clearly felt towards the beginning of the game.

just in general theres like a forum rule for like not changing a quote, i get its for meme but just dont overuse it

like, a problem with wolf!Dat is that he’s unable to be this… genuinely helpful? in the way that this post is. It’s hard to explain because it’s late at night and I’m preparing to play a weirdass card game with my parents in which we make up half of the cards as we go along, but basically this is emblematic of Dat’s improved posisition in the thread. He feels polite without being reticent, basically.

I mean I would expect a wolf in general to be much more hostile on this slot. They could be seen as wolf early on, but Icibalus’ change of reading felt natural to me.

As a wolf I would have maybe put more pressure on DatBird, and wouldn’t have done a 360 on him so easily.

It doesn’t feel agenda-y.
