because amount of rooms = 1/3 of living players rounded up, and artificially increasing the choices would either turn DatBird’s death into a coinflip or he’d be a kingmaker

If Datbird says he’s going in one room, the other two can still decide for themselves what to do. Datbird can try for the draw, where the other two die from majority and he dies from his curse. If both join him, we have two winners, if one joins him we have a single winner. Then there are also scenario’s where there is a room that lifts his curse. I still don’t get it, but it’s your game.
