I’m saying that Marshal is someone who would want to kill himself and there was clear evidence that he was hiding something due to the injection site. There is nothing like that with this case. Just because we don’t have conclusive evidence pointing to someone doesn’t mean we should default to suicide. I’m defaulting to the person who had the most capacity to commit the murder. If I’m wrong it sucks, but assuming that it was a suicide is just bleh.
