Then how would someone be able to frame her if it was in her dorm. The Crossbow Bolt was not there yesterday. The Murder Occured after all dorms were locked. There would be no way for someone to have either taken the Crossbow Bolt from Sulit’s Crossbow after she finds it in the A/V Room and no one could’ve entered her dorm and taken it as, once again, they were all locked.
